Pole Fitness courses have proven to be popular and fully booked every time. Women initially come to the taster session not sure what to expect, and end up paying immediately and telling their friends! It is most ideal for women who find working out in the gym boring and want to have fun and keep fit at the same time! It's about keeping fit, having a good laugh with women just like yourself and boosting your self-esteem. Your confidence will grow and you will immediately find yourself having a great time and none of that serious uncomfortable feeling!! "It's like a girls' night out every class!"

 

Pole Fitness courses run for 6 weeks. Classes varying in levels of Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.  Beginners course is for complete beginners and is written to introduce you gradually to the art of pole dancing.  Participants new to pole dancing are suggested to start at Beginners level, even with previous dance experience as pole dancing requires elements of gymnastics, co-ordination and a combination of other arts.  You will be taught various pole moves through each class, and also cover filler moves enabling you to create your own routines.  There is an element of dance in our classes, although you do not require any dance experience . A body conditioning part will be taught in every class, enabling strengthening, toning, flexibility and core stability enhancement and development. All moves are broken down to the basics, with complete demonstrations, alternative options and clear explanations.
